Welcome to Cubscout Pack 369 located at Visitation BVM in West Norriton, PA.
Cub Scouting provides boys and girls in grades K through 5 with enjoyable structured activities in which to grow and develop. Cub Scouts are divided into six groups by grade: Lions, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos and Arrow of Light (AOL). The groups hold weekly meetings as dens and then attend a monthly pack meeting. During the year, each den works on achievements for individual awards. Other activities include Scout Bake-Off, Cub/Mom activity, Pinewood Derby (model car races), camping trips, Scouting for Food for the Hungry, and year-end picnic. Cub Scouting is family fun!
Regular Den Meetings are on Wednesday evenings:

Monthly Pack Meetings are on the third Wednesday at 6:30 PM in the Gym

Friday night arrive anytime after 6pm, we are camping at the fort (first campsite on the trail to the left of the parking lot). There are wagons to bring your things down to the site.
HERE is a link to our menu for the weekend. If you have allergies or specific diet restrictions you can also bring food, there is a fridge and a kitchen.
Saturday Night Carnivore Club: For our new parents, we have a tradition of grilling/preparing different meats at the campfire Saturday night after the kids are in bed. We share what people bring. Please consider bringing something to share, the more unique the better! This is optional, but you can certainly join in the samples even if you don't bring anything.
For those camping, you need to print and fill THIS out for EACH person camping, including adults. You also need to attach a copy of your insurance card. Remember to bring cash or check. For our new families, we have a tradition on Saturday nights to hold a parents-only "carnivore club", in which people bring different meats/ food items to cook over the fire after the scouts are in bed. All are welcomed to bring something to cook, and we all share whatever delicious things are brought! (A scout is clean: Just food, keep the adult beverages/drugs at home)

Fall Fest Schedule (Tentative):
8:30am - Check-in Opens

9:30am - Stations Open 11am-1pm - Lunch is available in the dining hall
4pm - Stations Close Please allow walking time between activities, as they are not close together.
For anyone coming up just for fall fest on Saturday 10/18: PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: All participants will park at Camp Garrison and everyone will ride a school bus down to Camp Hart. The bus will pick-up people at the Flag Pole in the Camp Garrison Parking Lot and will be running all day for those arriving late or leaving early who need to get to their vehicles. The address for Camp Garrison is 4021 Upper Ridge Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073. Please email us if you need handicap accessible parking *There is no participant parking at Camp Hart - Only event staff will be parking in the Camp Hart parking lot*
People coming for the day, please arrive at 8:30am. The scouts camping will be loading on the bus between 8:30-845am. We need to check in as a pack, please call/text me if your late or coming later in the day. (484) 919 0914. The bus from the Camp Garrison parking lot will drop-off right at the check-in canopy. This is where you will get your check-in packets with the program passport and shooting sports wristbands. If you need to leave early that's not a problem you just go back to the bus drop/off and pick up location. Please let me know if you are leaving early.
You will soon receive an email with a direct link and seller ID to sell to family, neighbors, co-workers, etc. A digital flyer is linked HEREfor you to use to spread the word online or print. Make sure to share you direct link along with the flyer!
We will receive a bulk order of all sales in November for you to distribute your orders in time for the holiday season! These products are very good and we are planning a second reorder sale in the spring for people to restock.
We had alot of interest in our pack at the Food Truck Event! I am going to invite interested families to our pack meeting this Wednesday, 6:30pm, in the Visi Gym. If you see a new face, please be welcoming- introduce yourself and share how much your child enjoys scouting.
I will have Class-B T shirts for sale, 10$ cash or check payable to Pack 369.
I did add a few extra scout spots for Fall Fest. If you didn't sign up and want to go, please do so ASAP. Camping is 10/16- 10/18. Fall Fest is on 10/17, and if you can't camp you can still join us for Fall Fest.
Have old scout uniform items you are looking to part with? Please bring it to any pack meeting. I am working to create a uniform exchange in which families can donate, share, or swap gently used uniforms for free. I am thinking it will likely be a self of some sort in our new space, the top floor of the convent. More info to come.
Sunday 9/13 TODAY we have our recruitment carnival from 12-2 next to Visitation BVM Church. All current families are invited to come to enjoy the bb range, rope bridge, games, hot dogs, s'mores, and more! If you'd like to contribute by bringing a side, dessert, drinks, or snack etc. that would be great please let me know.
One of the best ways to promote our pack is by word of mouth. If you know any K-5th grade students that might be interested please invite them to come! If you have a means to share it in some way (social media etc.) that would be great!
We also need some help setting up Sunday If you are able to come around 11am to help us get ready that would be immensely helpful!
Please have scouts in class A uniforms, and as always reach out with questions!
We will have a table set up for people to do the raingutter regatta and learn about scouts during the food truck event. Please stop by, bring a family over that has a scout aged child to check it out!

Even if you are not sure you are camping, please sign up and put when you are coming in the comment. If you are staying all weekend, you don't need to put anything. If you can only come part of the weekend (i.e. one night, or just for the day for FALL FEST) please put that in the comment. If you aren't quite sure yet but think you are going to come to FALL FEST please sign up and indicate that you aren't 100% and I can check back with you as we get closer. I can request a refund up to a certain date, but if you don't sign up and decide to come later you might not have a spot with us at the ranges!

SUMMER HIKE This Wednesday 8/19 @ 6:30pm at Lower Providence Park- 50 Parkland Drive, Eagleville Pa 19403.
They have a manageable and shaded hiking trail. Please have your scout bring their six essentials if possible in a backpack. We will do some quick review of scouting skills and concepts before taking the hike.
